The concept is divided into 6 chapters, and each chapter is broken down further by season. So you can plan your "special occasion" for the Spring, or your "casual meal for four to six" in the Winter. Other chapters are romantic dinners for two, formal dining, holidays and buffets and finger foods.
Personally, I love the specialty approach of the book and can't wait to make a romantic dinner for me & my man.
